Property Management – Letting
The property letting division of our business is showing significant and consistent growth. We believe this is mainly attributed to our approach and goal – adding real value! By adding real value we strive to manage our client’s property and portfolios in a way that will maximise their return on their property investment. This approach results in both a happy landlord and a happy tenant.
We manage a large long term book, which consists of leases being 12 months or longer.
Corporate letting has become a significant part of our business; this mostly consists of furnished up market units being let on a short term – 12 months or less.
Our property sales department prides itself on giving honest and educated advice. We spend copious amounts of time researching the property market and trends. This in turn gives us the ability to advise our clients accordingly, even if this advice would be not to sell or not to buy. We are of the opinion that if our clients make better financial decisions they will end up purchasing more property and that will benefit both of us in the long run.
